* Employee Incentive Offer

• Welk-ko Fabricators, Inc. (“Welk-Ko”) will pay a $3,000 referral bonus to any Welk-ko employee (other than one working in administration) that refers a successful candidate for the position of Manufacturing Engineer. The $3,000 referral bonus shall be paid after three months from hiring the referred successful candidate. A candidate is deemed “successful” if hired and occupying the respective position for at least three months.
